Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with amazing natural light and air circulation. Just the perfect size for two people. However, I did notice some noise from the front desk that could be improved. The service was superb, with attentive and accommodating staff who made me feel truly welcomed. The location was ideal, close to the harbor yet quiet at night. The dining experience, while basic, was pleasant, especially at the lovely outdoor patio. Overall, a great value for money with some minor areas for improvement.
The hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet town, just a short stroll from the bustling harbor and shops. The rooms are spacious and serene, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the island. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. However, the move to a smaller room was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience adds a charming touch to the stay, with delicious meals served in a picturesque patio.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, despite being conveniently located off the main lobby, was pretty with lovely light and a balcony; however, it lacked a bath, had only lukewarm water for half a day, and was quite dirty with cat fur all over. On the bright side, the service was incredibly friendly and eager to tend to our every need. The location was nice, allowing easy access to the main part of town, but I was disappointed to find out about the distance to the patio area only on the sixth day of my week-long holiday. The dining experience varied; while some items like scrambled eggs, coffee, bread, yoghurt, jam, and juice were really good, others like American pancakes were unreliable.
The hotel offers stunning sea views from spacious rooms with large patios overlooking the bay. The welcoming service goes above and beyond to assist with island information. The location is ideal, a stone's throw away from the bustling port and close to town. Dining is a delight with fresh, plentiful options. However, there was an unexpected charge in the service, and the price could be more in line with the value offered.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!
